1. Meet

In the meeting stage, we gain an understanding for you and your business; identifying your requirements through your goals (needs) and preferences (wants).

2. Prepare

The preparation stage forms the basis for the rest of the project. For websites this may be designing the home page; for a print project it may be developing an initial design concept; or for a marketing project, it may be the initial campaign research.

3. Approve

Perhaps the most vital step on the path to success is the approval step. We want to know that not only is the project going to work, but that it’s one that you’re delighted with.

4. Implement

Following approval, we move onto the nitty-gritty work of completing the project. At Urban Feather, we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of the latest industry techniques and technology; ensuring your project will be completed to a very high standard.

5. Test

Once the implementation is complete, then we move to the testing stage. Again depending on the type of project, the testing stage can vary from website user testing to proofreading to campaign optimisation.

6. Support

It doesn’t stop there though, even after a project is “complete”, we believe that it is equally as important to ensure that you’re happy with the outcome. By driving your business to success, we have hopefully gained a customer for life.
